Welcome to airdd.co. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

airdd.co is the information and customer-care site for Airdd-branded reusable water bottles. The site does not process direct sales — purchases are made through independent third-party retailers, primarily Amazon.com. Your purchase is governed by that retailer's terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site, and at least 18 to subscribe to our newsletter or register a warranty. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable use

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including warranty claims)

"Airdd" and the Airdd wave mark are trademarks of Airdd. Other names and marks referenced on the site (e.g., Amazon) are the property of their respective owners.

5. Product information

We strive to keep product descriptions, photos, and specifications accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free, complete, or current. The product you receive from a retailer may differ slightly from how it is depicted on this site (e.g., packaging revisions, color accuracy on different displays).

6. Warranty

The Airdd 1-year limited warranty is governed by the Warranty Terms. Registration is required and must be completed within 60 days of purchase.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party websites (e.g., Amazon). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk and is governed by their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRDD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), OR THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Airdd and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand made by a third party arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where you reside in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
