Shipping & Returns

airdd.co does not sell the Airdd Glass Water Bottle directly. All purchases happen through our authorised retailers — primarily Amazon.com — and shipping, returns, and refunds for the original transaction are handled by that retailer under their own policies.
Shipping
Orders placed on Amazon.com ship under Amazon's terms. Most US orders are Prime-eligible with fast, free shipping for Prime members. Shipping times, carriers, and rates are determined by Amazon and disclosed at checkout.
Returns and refunds
If you change your mind, your bottle arrives damaged in transit, or it doesn't meet your expectations within Amazon's standard 30-day window, please use Amazon's return process directly:
- Visit Your Orders on Amazon.com
- Find your Airdd order and click Return or Replace Items
- Follow the prompts — Amazon will arrange a prepaid return label and process the refund
Defective products after 30 days
For manufacturing defects discovered after Amazon's 30-day window, you may be eligible for our 1-year limited warranty if you registered your purchase within 60 days. See the Warranty Terms for what's covered and how to claim.
International orders
Some customers outside the US purchase Airdd through Amazon's international channels. Returns for those orders are handled by the local Amazon site. For Australian customers, visit airdd.au for region-specific support.
