Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 May 2026

Airdd ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on airdd.co, how we use it, and your rights — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar US state privacy laws.

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and serve our customers:

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial account numbers, or precise geolocation. Payment for our products happens on Amazon — Amazon collects payment data, not us.

2. How we use it

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the trusted vendors required to operate the site:

Each vendor handles your data under their own terms and privacy policies, and is bound by contract to use the data only for the services we engage them to provide.

4. Cookies

airdd.co does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a transient security cookie if it detects suspicious activity, used solely to verify that requests are coming from a real browser.

5. Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@airdd.co. We will verify your identity using the email address on file and respond within 45 days.

6. Your rights (other US states)

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have substantially similar rights. The same email request process above applies.

7. Children's privacy

airdd.co is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data retention

We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Warranty records are retained for the duration of the warranty plus 3 years for our records. Server logs are typically retained for 30 days.

9. Security

All traffic to airdd.co is encrypted in transit (TLS). Your data is stored on encrypted-at-rest databases with access limited to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure — if we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in line with applicable state laws.

10. International transfers

Our infrastructure spans multiple countries. By using airdd.co you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, Australia, and other locations where our service providers operate.
